The June 2011 issue of Christianity Today includes an interesting article, “The Search for the Historical Adam,” that examines contemporary evangelical views on the historicity of Adam and Eve from scientific and theological perspectives. Michael Potemra provides a glowing review to Rejoice and Shout, a documentary about the African-American tradition of Gospel music. I love the Andraé Crouch quote that Potemra opens the review with: “If we really heard the voice of God, we would be reduced to juice. The vibration of His voice would reduce us to liquid. . . .
