Yesterday, while my wife and I were shopping at Target, we came across a T-shirt emblazoned with "The Toddler Laws of Property." Here they are:
- If I like it, it's mine.
- If it's in my hand, it's mine.
- If I had it a little while ago, it's mine.
- If it looks just like mine, it's mine.
- If I think it's mine, it's mine.
Isn't it sad that we all know adults who still obey these laws?
