Dr Wood,
I have mentally disabled children by adoption. If I am understanding the speakers premise, he is saying that greater understanding will lead to greater love of God. I witness such a faith and love of God in my children that is far greater than some of the brightest minds in our church. Their faith is simple…coming to Jesus as children. If we have to understand God to love God, then where is faith?
